Founded in 2003, Calpis Bike Park is Finland's first and most versatile bike park. Not far north of the capital Helsinki, the bike park is located in Turenki at the Kalpalinna ski resort. The center offers mountain bikers the use of two chairlifts that provide access to approximately 30 acres of gravity-assisted biking.
The area consists of two hills, with over 20 different marked routes available to make your way back down. The network of trails are suitable for beginners, as well as experienced riders - everyone will find a suitable trail at Calpis Bike Park. At the Kalpalinna base you'll find a cafeteria and a bike wash, so you can sort yourself and your kit out before hitting the road. And there's a shop which can provide the standard basics that take a pounding in a park – chains, brake pads, etc.
