Getting Drifty

We have been having an awesome time with Drift Innovation's HD Ghost.  My personal favorite thing it can do is pair up 2 or more cameras to the same wrist remote so you can turn them all on and off with one button.  And they all have the extact same time stamp which makes editing really quick.  But like any new toy it has taken me a bit of time to get used to.  I used to never take a helmet cam biking because well i just wasnt good enough to make the footage worth watching.  But i've been getting better and who konws you can always get lucky and catch yourself doing something amazing!  or bailing really hard.  Who doesn't want to see that?!

Recently I've been adding to the Rider Cam trails for the Whistler page, here.  And having a lot of fun with it.  I've found, through a lot of experimenting, that I can get the best/smoothest footage if I go for the highest FPS I can without sacraficing the desired quality.  It also gives you the option of doing more slow mo, as long as you have the memory cards for it.  Anyway lots of trade offs but that has worked best for me.  Check out the latest trails added.

Possibly the shortest trail on the hill but way better than riding around...

More short and sweet tech...

Devil's Club is my favorite trail I think...

I scared the hell out of myself on Schleyer, I'd never done it before and just decided the first rock roll looked cool and I would figure out the rest as I went.  Probabaly should have looked at the last rocky bit before actually committing to it - but made it though OK to tell the tale!

More Trail Cams to come.  Or submit your own!  It would be sweet to have it all filled up by the end of this season.
