Introduction

Sugarloaf Provincial Park’s newly expanded downhill bike park is Atlantic Canada's only lift serviced bike park. Designed and built by the Whistler’s Gravity Logic Team you know it will offer superb trails for everyone.

Beginner riders will love the smooth, gentle cruisers. Take the Sugar Mama trail, a 2m wide rolling trail 2 km long and suitable for virtually anyone who has ever ridden a mountain bike before. Or head down the Choupette trail, a bite size taste of Sugarloaf’s easier offerings.

Intermediate riders will have a blast on the twisty single track; hit up Sugar Daddy, a 2 km jump trail packed with tables, step-ups, step downs and berms that will have you grinning from ear to ear. Good old -fashioned smooth and flowy single-track that mountain bike dreams are made of.

Experts will find a challenge on the black diamond trails. Choose from a number of old-school rooty, rocky, and steep technical singletrack. The Kodiac trail is a little less rooty but has a number of north-shore style wooden features to spice things up. L’Acadienne is the original DH and is for experts only. Do a few laps of this and the Ti-Polo trail and you’ll be ready for anything! And at the end of the day check out the Pump Track at the bottom of the hill - a great way to improve your flow!
