TRAILS: COMMENTS: RATING:
Beginner Trails: Trail 19 is an excellent new beginner trail, with well-made berms and rollers but only lift accessed from Snowshead Express on the weekends. On the downside green trails on the big mountain are gravel road and sometimes steep.
Intermediate Trails: The vast majority of the trail network is suitable for all-mountain or enduro bikes. Mostly single-track DH variety.
Advanced Trails: No big hits or large drops, but some steep technical options
Technical trails: Most trails were technical with roots and rocks.
Flow/jump trails: There are a few, but not that long of a trail and only with small features.
Trail variety: Many of the trails can be ridden on Enduro bikes. Iconic Freeride features are lacking, while full-on DH can be found. We didn’t get to sample any XC offerings.
Trail Conditions: The maintained trails were in good condition.
Trail signposting: Not that apparent off the top of the mountain, but were sufficient to avoid dropping below base of K1 lift and avoiding a push up. Some intersections were not consistently signed.
Other trails in area: No chance to explore. Unknown. Comments from others please…?! N/A
