The Mt. Bachelor Bike Park features a combination of machine-built flow trails and hand-built single track completing the network of over 13 miles of gravity served bike trails. Weaving through the volcanic landscape of Ponderosa pine trees over a playful topography, our trail network complements hundreds of miles worth of cross country trails enjoyed by all mountain bike enthusiasts who live or visit Central Oregon. Established in the summer of 2013, the Mt. Bachelor Bike Park is growing in popularity among all levels of riders. New riders to the bike park begin in the Skills area of West Village before progressing to the Sunshine Accelerator beginner lift. Several trails on the lower mountain serve as a base in which to build confidence before taking on full top to bottom runs off Pine Marten. Downhill mountain biking only needs to be as hard as you make it and our staff is here to help make the experience easy and fun for everyone involved. For the more hardcore rider, our hand-built trails provide a technical descent through lava filled terrain with more challenging trails in the works. No matter what level rider you are, mountain biking on a volcano with a view of the cascades is a thrilling experience for anyone to enjoy in Central Oregon. We have a fleet of Norco rental bikes featuring downhill and enduro bikes, trail and fat bikes as well as youth bike rentals. Gravity School is back for this summer, with instruction available for those who want to learn or improve their biking skills. Gravity Bike Camps, specifically for kids and teens, will be offered in July and August. These week-long summer kids camps are now available for booking. Sign up before the space fills.
