Introduction

Sandy Ridge Trail Center is located on the edge of the Mt Hood National Forest just east of Portland in Oregon. They have a system of well kept trails for every level of rider. There are two new trails at Sandy Ridge that are worth checking out...

Follow the Leader: 1.65 miles long, an advanced trail with challenging double black diamond segment.

Flow Motion: 0.75 mile long, an intermediate flow trail with a fifteen foot berm.

The Sandy Ridge trail system that has over 15 miles of single-track trails ranging from easy flow trails to technical more advanced trails. With the helping hand of International Mountain Biking Association (IMBA) and Antfarm YouthCore, this trail system is awesome! WBPs has been there.

From the east side of Sandy, head east on US Highway 26 (Mount Hood Highway) for 11.4 miles. Turn left on Sleepy Hollow Dr soon after a large sign indicating a left turn for Marmot. NOTE: This will be the second turn-off for Sleepy Hollow Rd. Once on Sleepy Hollow, go 0.3 miles and turn right on E. Barlow Trail Rd and over the Sandy River. After 1 mile on E. Barlow Trail Rd, look on the left for the signed Sandy Ridge Trailhead which has parking for nearly fifty vehicles, a restroom and visitor information
