Mountain Creek Bike Park opened for the 2015 season this past weekend, May 2, with sunny skies, comfortable temperatures and great trail conditions. Despite a long winter and lingering snow on the mountain, the Mountain Creek Bike Park Trail Crüe was able to launch with 100% terrain for Opening Weekend.

Mountain Creek Hosted its 2nd Annual Transition Duathlon Race

With almost double the entrants from last year, this unique event has already grown in popularity. The tradition of celebrating the change in seasons from winter to summer at the resort gave mountain bikers an opportunity to race their bikes on 100% ski trails, something new for the 2015 event.

Mountain Creek Bike Park and Specialized Bicycle Components announce on April 10th that they will be working together for the 2014 bike season. Specialized is the “Official Gravity Bike Partner” for the resort’s upcoming season set to open on Saturday May 3rd. Mountain Creek’s rental fleet will consist of 50 Specialized 2014 Demo 8 FSR I’s. With their FSR suspension, DH race geometry, and Butcher tires.
